I just mean that where the idea is good for us, it would not benefit the P5 schools. They hold all the cards now and they make the NCAA a lot of money. Why would they relinquish any power?

If you're wanting parity, change the substitution rules by tightening them. Limit substitution of players into games.

Parity can come with the Rydel Rule. Allow transfers from P5 to G 5 to be eligible immediately. Any transfer to a P 5 still must sit a year. It will allow the good players in the P 5 that are lost on the bench to get playing time now.
