What Tolbert did was despicable. He has paid his debt to society.

What he accomplished at SMU is really remarkable. His first season, he had a triple option OB throwing. His next two seasons he had Mike Ford, a Freshman and Sophomore. His last season he had at least three different QBs.

Yet despite a lack of consistent QBs that could throw, he set records. And he was an All American.

He might not pass the smell test on character well after his playing days, but he was one of SMU's best receivers. And that is despite the fact he would not go over the middle!

I still think Sutton is the unquestioned #1 in a couple years.

unquestioned? He's got a way to go to the revolutionary player Jerry Levias was and Levias did it on offense, punt return and kick-off return

Well of course if you are going to include contributions on teams in a WR ranking. Nobody will ever equal Levias.

Just at WR though Sutton will dominate this season and be a total beast in the NFL at this pace.
