Assume you mean Wes Hopkins - - Pretty darn close!

Rod Jones in 1992 - Picked off a Warren Moon pass vs Hou.

Dickerson, James, Dupard, Morris, never caught a pass from a HOF QB - so you would have to go pretty far back to find an offensive player.
