"MIA" Players

Myles Duke (hurt? haven't seen a hide or hair of him)

Gentry (yes I know he was hurt against SFA, I'm guessing he still is??)

McLaurin (saw him a couple of times but that's about it and, yes, I know he has some conditioning issues but heard he came on late in fall camp)

Jones (not a play I've seen yet)

Why no medlock at all against UNT?

No spears or ward. I guess they just aren't ready yet which is surprising.

Just some random thoughts.

Gentry - Injured
Spears played on special teams.

Most of the rest of the guys you listed are 3rd stringers. When the backup defense let UNT back into the game, they probably lost their opportunity to get into the game.

I believe the goal for gentry all year has been to get him ready for TCU. We'll see.

I'm a little surprised that Ramon Flanigan hasn't played at all.

He did. The name on his jersey was Gillins.

Delonte Scott is also running third team defensive end, has to be a major disappointment. Looks like Tarzan, plays like Jane.

Michael Badejo

Tyeson Neals may just be better-another sack the other nite-7 tackles, 2 TFL, a sack and 1 QB hurry

Mixon has been a great addition to the starting lineup & Tyson Neal's has been a beast playing in a backup role. He is something like 6th on the team in tackles. It's hard to keep him off the field.

Badejo and Scott's position on roster isn't an indication of lack of ability. It is an indication of how deep our d-line is. They will be major players next year.

I thought Myles Duke was all world. I've never even seen him in for a single play.
