ALL SMU FANS & STUDENTS --- Get to the BLVD early, Get into the Stadium early and let's give these players what they all deserve. Make it happen.

Night game, reasonable weather, and the most entertaining product we have had since '84.

Figure it out -- Discount tickets, give away all local organizations, 2 for 1 offers, press the advertising we are currently hearing, but somehow incent the Dallas area to engage. Not concerned about margins and revenue, more interested in any form of a butt in a seat. Print and give out Free T-Shirts, give away $5,000 to one lucky ticket holder (must be present to win).

DO WHAT IT TAKES NOW BEFORE WE ARE FORCED TO SWITCH COACHES AGAIN.

If those rednecks in Ft. Worth figured it out we can too --- Link the city to this product and we will never look back.

End the day 3-1 after a win and move on to conference play.

I heard that it is Parent's weekend/Family weekend - so that's a small plus.

Love the enthusiasm, but TCU didn't "figure it out" and "link the city to the product" because they had some out of this world marketing campaign. They built a fan base with years of sustained winning, cracking the top 25, and beating teams that received local attention (Tech, Baylor, OU).

This year's team shows some promise but we aren't that far removed from 1-11 and 2-10 with the 2014 team labeled as the worst team in FBS history. A third of our home wins since 2014 have happened this month. We are only one year removed from a 5-7 season in which we followed a huge upset over Houston with a disgraceful performance against Memphis on Homecoming.

The marketing will come with the winning. Period.

We'd have to do well this season and market that for next season's tickets.
