I get extra tickets for free. I am not going to charge someone to use them. I want butts in the seats.

If someone is willing to support our team why not make it easier for them. We all know that if no one has any extra tickets they can always get them at the box office on game day. If you are not offering that person free tickets why chime in at all?

I guess I understand both sides. On one hand many can see your position. On the other hand, it's a bit irritating, especially among some that spend a lot of money to support the program, that someone says "yeah I'll go, if it doesn't cost me anything".

Agreed Cox, but looking at today's crowd, we simply need more fans.

I'm not against giving away tickets. I'm against begging for tickets when they are not that expensive. Just suck it up and buy the dang seat.

Any one of my SMU Brothers is welcome to anything I have ever had at no charge and they know that but they contribute.

You host - entertain and give willingly including the tickets attempting to achieve future donors on the vard. LMAO
