USC v the Leach is a Great Friday Nite Game 20-20

Postby Stallion » Sat Sep 30, 2017 12:25 am

Ben Hicks looks better than Sam Dornald who can't make plays downfield in recent games. Longest downfield pass was 19 yards last week and 24 in last 7 quarters. 3 times the number of interceptions than Ben Hicks

What the Pirate has done now at two undesirable P5 jobs is very impressive. He got TT in the top 10 in the early/mid-2000s and he is about to get Washington St there, freaking Washington St! A program about ten years ago that was considered the worst P5 program in the country along with Kansas. Personally, I like the quy - quirky, entertaining and doesn't care what you think, but bottom line is if you give him time he will win and win big.

WSU defense came up big and did a nice job against USC. WSU offense very dangerous so future depends on maturity of D to be a truly top 10 program. USC, in my opinion, never in command of the game always playing catch up and under the pressure.
