Losing him to Tech next year would kind of suck though...

Dykes to Tech ship has sailed. He'd be a courtesy consideration right now far down the list. Now if he wins 11 or 12 or AAC Championship things could change. I could deal with it-highly unlikely

Fun article about getting acclimated to Cal.

++++++++++++
Jared Goff enrolled a month after Sonny moved to Cal. Jared's dad played baseball at Cal and had lower level offers. Sonny saw (and developed) his talent and had Jared start the first game as a freshman over a highly touted RS Freshman. Jared played all three years before going #1 overall.

After a 1-11 first year, Sonny reassigned his DC (Andy Buh). Good sign.

He then brought in Art Kaufman who spent one year as DC at UNC then TX Tech and Cinci (followed Tuberville). He spent the final three years with Sonny and didn't work last year. Potential DC?

:) Was already thrown overboard. At least Dykes isn't afraid of making changes, unlike Chad.

Agreed. It's the SEC.

I think his destination is Arky, LSU or ideally CS.

SoCal nailed it as well.

Sad truth is he probably said no to us. Thank goodness that isn’t publicized. That would be demoralizing.
