So what? That is a very common way to accelerate student quality - you just buy it instead of doing endowment dollars that pay out 4.5%. Don't make it out to be something negative.


It is a negative when you want people to pony up for an IPF. Problem with a tiny school.

Quality students that need to be spoon fed the material in a small size class. That's another negative.
