Streaming Options for Houston Game

Postby GeorgiaMustang » Wed Oct 04, 2017 4:32 pm

Saturday I'll be hunting in the middle of nowhere and doubt the tiny hotel we're staying in carries CBS Sports Network.

Anyone know of a way to stream this game?

I'm sure you can find a link on reddit if all else fails (really).

Wouldn't this work if you have a cable provider login?

Thanks guys. I found that as well. You have to have a cable provider login from a specific provider.

The only providers listed were Buckeye Cable, Frontier, Verizon, WOW!, Optimum, COX, MediaCom, Suddenlink, Fubo TV and HULU.

Too bad they don't have Spectrum (this encompasses Charter, Time Warner Cable and Brighthouse), DirecTV, Dish, Comcast or AT&T UVERSE.

Looks like I can do a free trial on HULU to take care of this.

I did a free trial last year for one of the games and then cancelled. Worked like a charm.

My directtv now is now finally paying off. They added CBS and CBSSN for free! Hooray!

I have CBS Sports Network on Spectrum. However, I have Sling now so I can just watch it on my phone via their app wherever I am for the most part. With a good connection, it works mostly.

For Dallas area Ponies w/o CBSSN, some Cougar fans are watching at the Barley House. I've confirmed they'll have the game on the big screen with sound.
