ANY road win for a program at our level is stealing one. There's a reason we have 7 home games this year.

I agree our team isn’t good enough to win conference road games. Every road game is a steal. Oh well so much for thinking we should even get votes in top 25.

If the fact that we have one of the best red zone offenses were honest, then ANY stop on defense should be like points in your pocket. We got two INTs and 4? stops?—that’s 28-35 points right there, if our stats were honest. They were not honest, they were inflated; we really have an average offense (huge yards, poor conversion-ratio against average competition) and everybody is satisfied with that. Harrumph!

way premature to think this is a top 25 program. Next step is to become competitive with top 25 programs like Houston and other AAC teams haves been in recent years

We have the best red zone offense because we played 3 teams ranked worse than 100 at home.

Everyone was crowing about +50 points a game and best red zone offense, top 10 third down conversions, etc. you don’t get to turn around now and say “well I knew we wouldn’t be very competitive against average competition.

Sunshine on my shoulders makes me happy
Sunshine in my eyes can make me cry
Sunshine on the water looks so lovely
Sunshine almost always makes me high
Cheering for SMU makes me wish I were high!
Next year! Sigh.

I picked UH to win this game. Sorry so many are disappointed. We are right on schedule

“Bowl team” means “Top 64” what is our SOS?

Amen! We played maybe 2 okay G5 teams. We killed a crappy FCS team. Scraped one of the worst AAC teams, so no wonder our offense was firing on all cylinders. Hopefully this team will shake it off and take on a vulnerable Cincy.

You predicted we’d be +2 on TOs, suddenly struggle in the red zone, on 3rd-down conversion, and would stumble all over ourselves? You? The one crowing about our stats against crap teams?

Not everyone, some of us were waiting for the team to beat someone good enough to win our conference before breaking out the anointing oil.

I'm 6-0 in picking W/L-we are right on schedule. You seem to be surprised and saddened -how very unfortunate for you
