SMU has opened as an 8 point favorite and moved to 10. Win this game to become bowl eligible and the pressure is off for the remaining games which happen to be the toughest in conference.

5-2!!!

Tulsa defense is horrible. we struggled against UConn who is only marginally better.

We're not much better. Looks like the O has to produce Friday.

We also scored more points against TCU (on the road) than Ark, Ok State, K State, WVU or Kansas.

I refuse to be pessimistic, this is a goal achieving game. I think the Cincy game has galvanized this team into a winner psychologically. May the football gods smile upon the Mustangs! Loved the improvement of some of the DBs like Clemons and Davis, too. And Hicks taught me why he is our guy this year. TRUE GRIT. HOPEFULLY, this is a trend. Now...is the time.

I did find this interesting and a fun fact that no one will mention outside of PFs. They will chalk it up to: Rivalry game where underdog played better than it normally does.

Tulsa Defense has shown signs of getting better having surrendered only 18.5 points in last 2 games against UH and UConn

We will need to get to 40 to win and we haven’t scored that much in a bit. They are much better now than they were just a few games ago.
