I've had no real gut feelings about any games this season. For some reason this week is different. I see a breakthrough 37-34 Pony victory. It's been WAY too much misery against the Middies.

This Navy team is not nearly as good as the ones that have been prison raping us in the past. Their defense and their secondary is not nearly as good as what we faced against UCF. We have more to play for, with a division title possibly being on the line. We have two of the best receivers in the country, three good running backs and a quarterback that is starting his 21st game. If we are ever going to put an end to the abuse, it has to be tomorrow. I am going to go against my gut feeling, partly because I am so sick of getting humiliated by Navy, that I am going to pick the Mustangs to break the warcrime streak tomorrow.

Was the shoulder injury to Abey on his throwing shoulder-I saw the play but don't remember. Of course, Navy might not need to pass to beat our Defense

Non-throwing shoulder. He has also had two concussions this season, wonder if that could come into play, with the split-second decision making required in running that option attack?

I am concerned about the passing of the 2nd team QB. He looked good last game.

Navy isn't as good this year, but they hit at our weakness - LB. Our corners are not physical and that is going to play a big part in this game as well. I think it takes Lancaster out of the game, and we might see a lot of Sutton.

I do like our safety play in this game, which is critical against the pitch. And the depth of our DL is going to really help us out.

In order for the defense to stay strong in this game, we are going to have to take some chances by rotating in the young LBs and DL and even corner.

Because of that, it critically important that our offense be efficient and effective. Both to take time off the clock and to allow our defense to rotate players and play super aggressive. You have to be able to play aggressive against Navy and risk giving up the long ball in order to stop them for losses and zero gain plays. Have to get ahead of the chains on first and second down.

Our offense is good enough to keep us within striking distance in any game this year. Against Tulsa, our defense didn't play that well in the cold weather - they backed out of being physical. The cold brings out whether you are really committed or not.

At the end of the day, once again this game is going to come down to TDs versus field goals. Because of our safety play, I actually think we will do well in the red zone defensively and force some short field goals instead of TDs.

I not certain I would predict an SMU victory @ Ford.

It’s Veterans Day Weekend, weather will be in the 30’s all day.

Navy wins by more than a TD.

Malcolm Perry their top RB is moving to QB and will start. 44 carries 454 yards 10.3 ypc. Extremely fast and elusive
