As an employer you don't pay out of fear you pay out of results. Studies show that those who flirt with leaving, leave anyway, even after they are enticed with more money by their current employer. Once that itch/thought gets in it will not go away.

Assistants got a big bump last year - key part of the Morris extension.

"Science fair poster" is great and truly made me lol.

We all wish the groundbreaking was underway for the IPF, but even if it was completed right now it wouldn't keep him from jumping to a better gig.

I wish you were correct, but the assistants we discussed Chad's extention with, were emphatic that there was nothing in it for the AC's. This was a year ago, maybe things changed.
