I wanted Morris to stay at SMU. I wanted Kiffen at UA. He would have driven them nuts and then left.

For those that are more plugged in - if we grab Sumlin we got a shot of grabbing some of his aggie recruits? Cause we are losing our top 7-8 recruits if Chad leaves.

Not sure how many recruits Chad could want or would go to Arkansas. It will be interesting to see.

Maybe Peavy can go back as a grad transfer next year.

Based on a weak class, with only 9 current commits, and the Dec. 20 deadline looming, you can bet Morris will try to take as many as he can get. Especially the East Texas guys.

We get to find out! Via Mustang Club requirements.

SEC recruits 4 and 5 stars. We have solid 3s. He will be behind the game. Better to wait and recruit higher players in February.

If the SMU recruits are smart they will realize there is a high probability they will be recruited over. Simply place holders / insurance until CM can get SEC West talent to UA.

Coming out of the gate with an SMU recruiting class as your first move as a new head coach might not be the best idea. We will definitely lose a few though.

top four or five will be gone. worried the others will be poached by our top AAC teams with holes to fill (which is all of them).

fast hire will help a ton.

Agreed. If they are not already well down the road in the hiring thought process, we will be toast.
