Probably is gone. Norvell just signed an extension with Memphis so he is out of the running.

Did not think they would hire him or that he would go there but looks like it. I wish him the best and look forward to following him up here.

If he goes, I say put Craddock on Head Coach in Waiting ala Jank, hire Les Miles on a 4-year contract. Keep some continuity plus get a good HC WHO KNOWS DEFENSE.

Craddock will most likely go with him. Hopefully we can get someone to carry us forward. I'm a little worried about regression given there arent many big names being mentioned on the OC level that I've seen.

Craddock is Chad's protégé--he'll be gone for sure

If SMU had kept Morris for 2 more years-Craddock might be in line for the job but its too soon now

Interesting.
A co-worker said today that he heard on satellite radio (didn't say what) that someone in Tennessee is reporting Morris will get the UT job, perhaps as early as today.
I don't know what to believe.

Well he cannot negotiate a high salary between Arkansas and SMU so I imagine that Sexton is playing Tennessee against Arkansas to get the best deal.

Really top notch by Hart and AD dept to send an email out saying basketball just got more expensive the same day SMU loses Morris. Just really well coordinated, high level optics.

I hope we can keep Ramon on staff somewhere. He is doing wonders with past player relations.
