Todd Graham

Expects to be fired by ASU. Could be an interesting candidate for a defensive coordinator if we move on from Malone. He hired Chad Morris at Tulsa. Strong ties to the state of Texas and I don’t think it would be the worst thing in the world to have a coach on staff who is more than qualified to take over when Chad leaves.

Uhh, Graham is Petrino-Like in his ability to cut and run at a moments notice....wouldn't want him as a head coach.

As a DC, he would be an upgrade.

I'd hold my nose but might make that deal for the devil.

Not too late for ASU to hire June though.....

He's got family there. And there. And there. Added yellow to Rice's school colors and had his mug painted on the equipment transport. He is quite the tool. Hauls ars at the drop of a hat.

I'd take him as defensive coordinator and later head coach. We are not a destination job so if someone comes here for 2 seasons and gets us to a P5 bowl and leaves I will gladly do that over and over.

I didn't realize Phil Bennett had landed as DC at ASU. Wonder if he'll get a shot at being their new head coach...

No. But they do need to keep him on board to avoid a $2mil buyout of the coordinators.

That's silly. If you want a new coach to take the program in a new direction, why handcuff him with the previous regime's coordinators?

Is ASU hurting for cash? Don't they have all the Starbucks barista student income? ;)

The smartest policy: Do not retain any on-the-field coordinators/coaches. The new guy brings in all new guys.

Huge buyouts. Those are handled by donors usually; it’s not always easy to find $2mil in go away money laying around.
