Only a fool would stay at SMU with Arkansas offering. Their facilities, budget, and fanbase are all massive upgrades.

Cant learn on the job in the SEC. Personally, I dont think you can win big at Arkansas. Maybe get them to 8-9 wins. But that program certainly has a ceiling.

They have been to the Championship game twice. Aggies 0. Do you think the Aggies cannot either? Just curious.

I do. I think they just have more money and greater access to talent being in Texas. Arkansas made a lot of money going to the SEC, but man their basketball program has gone downhill and their football program has stayed stagnate. I think they will always have a hard time keeping up with LSU, Alabama, Tennessee, etc.

The Arkansas job is a better than SMU. But SMU is a good G5 job.

They've been to the SEC Championship Game three times (1995, 2002, 2006).

Arkansas is the only team in the SEC West that can possibly compete with Alabama/Auburn/LSU, but not very often...

It will be interesting to see how Chad's coachspeak platitudes go over with the Piggies. The 1-0 this week, golden in November crap.

Last I checked we were three inches from being 0-4 in November. Was that golden?

Arky has LSU, at Mississippi State, and at Missouri next November. Hmmmm.....
