I like Traylor because he stayed at one school. Looking over Chads resume, he has moved every 2-3 years since he started. I know most pony fans hate Patterson, but I have a lot of respect for him since he has stayed at TCU. I think a lot of coaches would have better careers if they would just stay put.

Not necessarily true. In the private world sometimes the only way you get promoted is to move to another company. Seen it happen too many times. Same with coaching. Traylor went from high, to college to another college which was SMU.

True and you might have several employees that are worthy of promotion and only one gets it. The others have to move on if they want to further their careers.
