Well, Hicks should be happy in this system, and I can imagine Proche and Quinn will like it as well. Not sure about the stable of running backs. Damn shame we couldn't keep Courtland for one more season.

Is the air raid like the run in shoot in that an extremely accurate QB is extremely important?

I like it...simple, make sense, enough diversity without every receiver having to run his own reactionary route and the QB having to make all the correct predictive reads.
