Tcu has countered that the doctors are independent contractors therefore the school should be removed from the lawsuit since they are not employed by tcu

not going to fly (at least as a complete defense) because they have also alleged intentional torts by Patterson and others who could be held liable individually for that intentional conduct

Probably, but he yells constantly throughout games, whether his team is winning or losing.

Could have been "PUT HIM BACK IN THE GAME!" or maybe "WHERE CAN I 6-FOOT HOAGIE AFTER THE GAME?"

Hard to imagine a more disgusting head coach pair than Fatterson and Dixon.

old school coach but hard to argue how successful their program has been under him. Will be interesting to see if this litigation affects their recruiting going forward
