Once all the microphones are turned off and put away, I'm not sure Dabo is that nice.

Saw that 5 other players have joined the lawsuit alleging Patterson pressured them to play hurt.

This is getting serious....

I hate to sound cynical but Patterson wins, has won for a long time, and there hasn't really been any great national outrage. Obviously this could get ugly in discovery but I wouldn't be packing Patterson's bags just yet. From what I see, TCU may bear some liability, regardless of their contractor defense, which I doubt will hold much water if the allegations do hold up. Even if TCU does can him (which isn't a foregone conclusion), he'll have a P5 job in 12-18 months.

Yeah, I understand (from my sources) that TCU is closing down. They have notified their students that this will be their last semester, that the students should find other schools. Their football players are all now looking to transfer, and all athletic coaches have been terminated. Their endowment will all go to Mr. Listenbee and the other players who have suffered grievous injuries. Fort Worth is reeling.

I know the head TCU doctor on the sideline so this will be interesting.
Imagining other teams bombarding recruits with this information.

Patterson is too successful and has shown too much loyalty to TCU to get fired for this....
Unless the team doctor turns on the university in a public way....

But I would expect a settlement, non-disclosure agreement and this to fade away. TCU will acknowledge the settlement and implement changes to its internal policy of evaluating player health, availability to play.

No women were involved so the outrage will be minimal.
