New SMU offensive coordinator Rhett Lashlee, running backs coach Chris Bradfield, tight ends coach Josh Martin, offensive line coach Jamal Powell and receivers coach David Gru met the media to discuss a number of topics, including their adjustment to SMU, what it was like to recruit for SMU so quickly after being hired and the teaching process that awaits, starting during spring workouts.

Ready for some spring ball to see how the pieces fit. Will be interesting to see who might step up and impress this new staff.
