Vegas has released the win total over-unders for 2018. Hard to disagree with SMU's.

SMU: 6 (Over EVEN, Under -120)

Memphis: 8.5 (Over -120, Under EVEN)
USF: 8.5 (Over -120, Under EVEN)
Houston: 7.5 (Over -115, Under -105)
Navy: 7 (Over -110, Under -110)
Temple: 6.5 (Over -110, Under -110)

Tulane: 5.5 (Over -110, Under -110)
Cincinnati: 4 (Over -115, Under -105)
Tulsa: 4 (Over EVEN, Under -120)
UConn: 3.5 (Over EVEN, Under -120)
East Carolina: 3 (Over -105, Under -115)

With as much as they improved last year, Tulane is an interesting bet there. I think they get 3 wins non-conference.

UNT won 9 last year so Vegas is assuming they can't repeat that performance.

Even means bet $100 to win $100
+110 means bet $100 to win $110

Since you’re receiving better odds on the over, it means that the casino believes that the under is more likely. Money flows will cause this to fluctuate. If the public all started betting the over, those odds would come down.
