I suspect this either means the young guys are simply better than him or that Peavy wasn't going to wait around in this, his final season of eligibility, to see if Hicks goes down with an injury

But FAU has a transfer from Oklahoma and a Transfer from Florida State that were already there for spring and summer. I doubt he can beat them out.
