But seriously, though, this new transfer rule means that if a coach loses his team before a third of a season he could have a sinking ship on his hands. Say what you want about the kids, but you start losing major contributors you could have a problem.

DAMNIT THE WHOLE POINT OF THE THREAD IS TO BASH MORRIS - CAN I DO THAT PLEASE?

Another we might wanna look at.

Morris apparently wants to take up to 29 in this recruiting cycle now. Probably will be a lot more defections.

Thank you for taking Chad the lad. Enjoy him. Piece of advice from a 1972 Hertz Hall hog--find a better school. Seriously.

Plus they are expected to sign the greatest WR class in Arkansas history-waiting on another 4 star WR Trey Knox to commit next Monday when he announces. Also leading for the Top TE in the Country Henry Hudson who is a National Top 50

Actually the TE is Hudson Henry. Brother of San Diego TE and former Razorback Hunter Henry.

Sounds familiar. Two seasons from being Top 15 in offense and Bottom 15 in defense.

Well we were already bottom 15 in defense but not top 15 in offense so that would be an improvement :P

Might have to give Petrino's group the title of best WR class in Arkansas history though.

we're talking recruiting class and Petrino never signed a class with 3 much less 4 4+ star Receivers

Meanwhile, Arkansas remains a solid "Bottom 25" member and as the writer says, that 31 points they scored against Bama might just prove to be the high point of their season. And maybe we can win a road game this year with both Tulsa and UConn as road opponents. Of course a loss to either and we will find ourselves taking their spot on this list.

No. 12 class on Rivals
No. 17 class on 247

Kelley Bryant visiting in about a week (hint: he's going to Arkansas) and still has a pretty long list of highly rated recruits leaning to Arkansas

Looking like a brutal 1st year so he will need an impact recruiting class right away or the natives will really get restless. Just like we have some who would like to run Sonny off without giving him an opportunity to build his own roster, I'm sure Arkansas has hundreds if not thousands ready to do the same to Chad. He just needs to win one conference game and not lose 63-0 at Missouri to end this season. Now, if he could beat Ole Miss, Tulsa and Vandy during this upcoming stretch of home games, I like his chances of turning that program around in a hurry.

He is not in any trouble. The money people know what he had when he got here. They are actually elated with the progress that he had made with what he has with which to work.
