SMU leads nation with 21 graduates on roster

Postby PK » Wed Aug 28, 2019 12:57 pm

SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.

With maturity on our side we go 9 and 4 this year!!!

Doing it the right way.

Yes, would cause one to take a second look at past recruiting.

for whatever criticisms we might have about hccm, his recruiting was a huge improvement over what we had before him...

Sonny is so much more polished than "“Left lane, hammer down”...look at this:

check the list; several of those guys have been here for years. Guys taking advantage of RS years to advance their educations because those guys aren't going to be playing on Sundays...but yes, hopefully the P5 transfers who are not GT students become eligible and can be major contributors this season.

Do you think Sonny would keep these guys on scholarship just so they can continue their education when he could instead replace them with more P5 transfers. I assume he wants them here or they would be gone.
