What a great interview. Thanks Indian. And pretty much confirmation that Hubba is correct that the kickoff call was wrong. I apologize for doubting that.

Bottom line is that if they had made the correct call, SMU may have taken control of this game earlier and avoided having to go 3 OTs to win. Not nearly as exciting and the way this one played out is probably more of a confidence builder than anything that could have happened!

Not to mention all the new life long fans it created, buzz we got on ESPN and all the other sports news sources, and all the recruits at the game. It was nice to know that SMU fans can be loud.

Great interview and nice to get some closure on that kick-off. So the way I now understand it, is even if it goes into the end zone and the kicking (not receiving team) has touched it then it is a touchback if it is not possessed before the goal line? Would like the league to come out and say they botched that call and the call of the time clock running out before their snap in OT.

Have to agree with Charleston here, the Tulsa game was a character builder and showed we can come back from disaster, both Referee and self inflicted. A lot of lessons learned. And it didn't hurt our press either.
