Is that the game we rolled down the field and scored first, but then OU rolled up something like 35 unanswered?

It was on ABC. The game was moved to December before the season since it had national championship implications!

I think that game was televised. It's on UTube anyway. Not a pleasant game to watch.

When we had Game Day a few years ago they announced it the week before but they had already announced Mike & Mike were coming two weeks in advance so that was kind of a giveaway.

I forgot the SMU VS Oklahoma game in 1985 was a day game. I guess to find out the last time SMU was on a primtime at night would you have to go back to the 1982 or 1983 team VS somebody like Arkansas? The big games against Texas were usually during the day. It is a dream come true to be on prime time Saturday night in Memphis. I am going to enjoy it.

This game scares me. Hardest part of our schedule is coming up.

No doubt. This part of the schedule is going to be a grind. Throw in the conference championship game (hopefully) and the bowl game, and our guys are about to find out what bigtime football is all about. What a great time to be an SMU Mustang!
