A lady at the airport made her husband apologize to other SMU fans at the gate because he wore a heavy black jacket instead of red and blue. She got a round of applause from PonyFans at the gate.

Not travel related, but cool.

Three years ago I worked the college fair at the Wise County CC in Bridgeport. In three hours or so, I had less than 10 kids come up to me. 9/10 had never even heard of SMU, I think they came up to me out of pity (I kid would have been a great fit, I hope she stayed with SMU).

Yesterday, I was wearing the Triple D SMU Cap in Brookshires in Bridgeport and I had 3 people come up to me and wish us luck in the game today!
