Agree, Baylor getting shafted. Our resume is hurt by TCU, NTU and ArkSt under performing expectations. I get that, but Navy???

Thanks. Forgot about Boise...

21.Boise
-Beat 4 teams with a winning record...Marshall, Air Force, Hawaii and Wyoming
-One “p5” win over 5-5 Florida State
-Lost to 5-4 BYU 25-28

I guess our wins just are not good enough. If that is the case then I see no reason to have Navy and App State ranked either.

At least Memphis and Boise have beaten 4 teams with winning records.

Navy also easily beat ECU and Tulsa. Our defense and special teams the last games have been atrocious.

Having said that, I believe we will be ranked by the time the Navy game comes around and depending on the ND/Navy game and if Navy is able to keep it close or gets blown out, there is a strong possibility they won’t be ranked.

Everything is in our control. We have to win out and win the conference championship game.

If I were a crazy betting man, I bet Navy upset ND. I really think ND isn't that good and a team like Navy can be a large grind for them. Reasons for this:

Barely beat a mediocre VTech (@ home);
Michigan throttled them
Barely beat a USC team that lost to BYU that lost to S Florida

I see no good wins and I see a really awful loss against Michigan. If it weren't for popularity, they wouldn't be in the Top 25. I think Navy shells them and then we come in sink navy.

Aresco agrees... and again makes the argument that AAC is worthy of a guaranteed NY6 bowl slot.

ND has a very good football team with a bad offensive coordinator. They are a top 7/8 football talent team, but they will not win a national championship until they play by the same rules as the big public schools. This means their athletes don’t actually have to go to take real classes, their admissions standards reduced to allow anyone to go to their school, ease Up their transfer policies, etc.

Across the board, ND wipes the floor with Navy, and with a good offensive coordinator, this would prove itself.

The Michigan game was an outlier. It was a down right monsoon, and ND is a RPO team. You take away the pass, they’re beatable. This was a night game on Michigan, Prime time, 100,000 fans. Neutral stadium, ND beats Michigan. If you want to bet, pm me.

He layed it all out there, I am happy he is not taking this crap lying down.
SMU, just stay focused, play hard, play smart and hopefully win-win-win and we can be very happy with the results, polls be damned

You just tend to overreact and respond to things without really having much basis for anything you say.

So if I’m crazy, how much are you willing to bet on the ND / Navy game? This will be interesting.

Great sign this morning in Waco for College GameDay

If polls were accurate, Hillary would be President....

SMU back in at No. 25.
Memphis moves ahead of Cincinnati.
We're still behind App State and Boise State.

Somehow two four-loss teams are ahead of us (USC, Iowa State)

USC with 4 loses in a confernce with some fairly weak teams? Really? # 23? No respect for other conferences.
