This post has had a lot of hits.

I keep checking back hoping that someone with more information than I has good news about replacements at RB, DT, CB, and maybe WR whether grad transfers, jucos, or stud freshmen.

But hey, ten days from now take care of business in S. Florida!

Roberson coming back is a pretty huge deal for us at WR. I think they feel great about RB also although some maturity and size there would be welcome.

All defensive positions could use one or two extra transfers for immediate starts. Literally each position.

Why would we feel good about RB? Xavier and Freeman are graduating. Our next leading ball carrier is McDaniel with 40 carries. Outside of overmatched TxST he averaged 2.5 yards/carry.

Not worried about WR at all - Rice looks like the real deal and can't WAIT to open up James at the TE position to see what he can do.

I find myself scouring message boards late at night for a DT...

Anybody seen the transfer punter from MTSU? Is he worth a damn?

Agree. I'm sure they are watching for a GT RB who could come in and be productive right away. Wish McDaniel could have take a RS year and hit the weight room hard. Young guys are really going to have to put in some work to be ready next year.
