Posted: Fri Dec 20, 2019 5:37 pmAfter going 10-2, and hopefully 11-2, other schools are interested in several of our assistants. Can't blame them for waiting to see if anyone comes along with an offer that is huge, either in promotion or compensation or both.

Posted: Fri Dec 20, 2019 5:46 pmWith a successful program, especially a G5, we are going to lose coaches. The key is to keep Sonny, and trust he and Hart to hire great replacements. It is such a good feeling to have to worry about losing good coaches as opposed to wishing we could fire the ones we have. Our staff is good enough that they will not leave for anything other than a well deserved good opportunity and it will happen. But with Sonny and Hart in charge I am confident when we do lose some that we will get good replacements.
