Stopover in Bear Country?

He would have to parachute out of the plane to do that...assuming he is flying commercial.
SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.

Olive Garden in Waco is offering free dinners to entice Sonny. That’s high cotton in Waco.

So what is the word on this? I know Baylor’s AD is a hush hush kind of guy. But has Dykes given any indication he is even interested?

Baylor's entire school administration and athletic department has always been kind of hush hush.

^^^and both of these scandals involved a former SMU head Coach that was hired by Baylor. Have they not learned their lesson?

Who was the last SMU Head Coach (FB or BB) to be hired by another school and have it work out well for the school or the coach?

Hayden Fry?

Struggling to find an SMU football coach who went to Baylor and was involved in the sex crime scandal.

Sonny to Baylor?

Postby Treadway21 » Thu Jan 09, 2020 6:01 pm

He’s talking about Bennett. For some reason its SMUs fault what Bliss and Bennett did AT BAYLOR.

That post has to be one of the more asinine posts in a long while. Evidently their past coaching stints at Oklahoma and Kansas State isn’t worth noting. What happened at Baylor in multiple sports has zero to do with any other school. It’s on Baylor and it’s stupid to play guilt by association. Not sure what point he is trying to make other than to take a cheap shot at SMU.

The self loathing some here have for SMU is depressing.

doesn't care who wins.
