My dad took me to the Cotton Bowl to see the Texans, before I ever went to a Cowboy game.

I looked up SMU QB Mike Livingston.
He was drafted by the Chiefs in the 2nd round.
During their Super Bowl season, Lenny Dawson was injured for 6 games and Livingston replaced him.
They went 6-0.

I might be wrong, but I believe a Horned Frog was the first official draft pick by the Cowboys...Bob Lilly
