Kind of terrifying time up here for uc fans with Michigan state going hard after Fickell. I don't think he will take it but it is kind of fun seeing how the uc fans are reacting.

Saw an article yesterday saying he is clear-cut top choice at MSU.
Why would he not take it?

Don’t blame him. Cincy is a great city. Lansing/E. Lansing not so much. Not even close.

That's what I was thinking. No matter how much he likes Cincinnati, Michigan State should have no trouble money-whipping him if he's their top choice.

No word yet on the recruits but everyone up here who are uc fans are holding their breath waiting to hear what Fickell decides to do.

Reports say he got a little more as did his assignments. Major reason for staying is the coming problems at MSU. He didn't want to move his family up there and into the problems.
