Call me crazy, but...

Shane, Roberson, Granson, Williams, Moore, and Stephens?

I think Granson will be a Margus Hunt like freak at the Combine because of his size-speed ratio.

Roberson I think is 3rd round, Granson 3rd-4th. Shane is a 5th rounder. Williams 6th-7th. Moore I think also will be 6th-7th because he can play special teams. Stephens is a big wild card, if he tests well I think he is 3rd-4th round. He was second in conference in pass breakups in his first season as a corner. But he has to run under a 4.5.

Haven't seen Williams play, so I can't guess there.

Granson: 3-4
Roberson: 3-4
Buechele: 6-7

Not sure why all of you are ranking Shane so poorly. To me, he's a second- or third- round talent. Is next year's draft stocked with QBs?

He doesn't have the measurables of the top tier QBs, and if you look at the draft this year, the next set slid considerably. There is still a limited number of top end prospects at the position, but QBs today are much better prepared to succeed in the NFL than in the past, so there is a lot more depth at the position than you have had in the past. Heck, the Washington State QB didn't even get drafted a year after Minshew showed he is a serviceable NFL QB.

Buechele will a look at the lower rounds, but I have to acknowledge that, barring injury, he isn't passing Fields or Lawrence.

Anybody hopeful Moore or McBryde get a look? I hope they at least play well enough to.

Moore yes. McBride would have to improve in coverage.

Ok, so I just did a pretty decent look at what folks out there think about him. He about the #9 or #10 QB in the draft -- so I'm with you. Many said that there are worries that 2020 was a "flash in the pan," but if he were to repeat or improve he could move up significantly. I guess we shall see how things go this year.

Our staff thinks he will be a lot better and that the offense will be more explosive. So, there is that...

He should have a better OL, two pass-catching TE's and the receiving corps could be even more explosive even with the loss of Proche. If we do find a running back, look out.
