If i was Hart I'd be doing the best I could to get out of this game. With Covid 19 and the best team we've had in 30 years on the field he should be trying to get any FBS team he could, especially a P5 team, even if that means a 1 time only buy game. We need the money and we have to take the opportunity when we have it.
Would it even be possible to add a team this late? I guess if some schools decide not to play this season ...
If that happens, I can't see it being decided until August at the earliest. Obviously it would need to be a school with a regular sized crowd to make the financials work. So many questions...
