Glad to see Shane at 1st team QB, along with Granson.

Considering Moore was a 2nd team preseason AAC pick going into 2019 before he was hurt I expect him to make a play for all conference this year.

Don't forget Jaylon Thomas on the 1st team too. I do think Roberson will get there too, though the two from Houston and Memphis are solid.

That's some disrespect to Reggie.....hope he is treated as an afterthought on D's scheming us and puts up Temple like performances on all of them. I'm ready for a 1500 yard season from him.

Still a talent gap 17>7...

Just have to hope SMU has several more players named all-AAC AFTER the season. Would hate to think our talent level lags behind so many other AAC teams. Have to remember we have transfers coming in and guys that had to RS last year, some of which could be impact players.

Stanford grad transfer DT Mike Williams will probably be the best interior DL in the AAC this year.

We get Richard Moore back from injury.

Alan Ali was better than Howerton last year.

No way there’s 8 returning CBs in the AAC better than Brandon Stephens

I agree. This was done prior to transfers and granting extensions, so it is pretty useless.

Williams, Moore (replacing McBryde), Ali, a RB, a fourth OL, a third DL, two corners, and a safety will be on the list at the end of the year.

This shows how awesome and competitive The American is. We had an incredible season for the generations last year and still finished fifth.

Thankfully, Sonny is continuing the upward trajectory with better talent every season but it's going to be a challenge to reach our department's stated goal of competing for conference championships.

A RB on the list at the end of the season, I like your optimism, Jason. From your lips to god's ears. That would make this Offense nearly unstoppable.

Once I saw the `4th team` the credibility went out the window
