WE got out with a win and without major apparent damage. BMS takes a break for a Saturday, and we are on to SFA. It will be good to be back home.

Shouldn't complain about anything after that blowout win but 3 punts last night by Fraanje averaged only 28.7 yards with none inside the 20. That's one area that really needs to improve...along with the pass rush (one sack after chasing their QBs all night) and defense vs the run (UNT ran for 212 yards and averaged 4.0 yards per carry)

Note: UNT's punter was really effective, averaging over 46 yards per punt on 6 attempts, with 2 over 50 yards and 2 inside our 20 yard line.

Maybe I am making things up but it seemed that after every Naggar field goal he followed it up with a kick off that failed to reach the end zone. Anyone else notice this? Not complaining but just an observation.

Someone said on the radio the announcers said that there was a lot of wind, and it was messing with Shane’s throws and the kicks.
