Am I the only one to notice that Jackson got run into by his own man? Not sure anyone would’ve caught that punt. He’s getting beat up for nothing.
But he ran backwards on the other two. That is where the beating cones in.

As a punt returner, you have to call for a fair catch and tell everyone on your team to get the hell away.

Very true, but it looked like the Mustang player was knocked into Jackson.

He absolutely was. And part of the problem is on Page for not recognizing how close he was. But Jackson has the visibility and needs to tell Page to bail out of the way. If you are vocal about calling for a fair catch, the need to block goes away, so players can release.
