Houston 51 SMU 3
The Cougars scored on their first possession and lead 31-0 at halftime. SMU is 1 for 9 on third-down conversions. Our three-man pass rush gives Houston all day to throw and they finish with 427 yards passing and 240 yards rushing. Shane Buechele finishes 7 for 22 passing for 123 yards and two interceptions, one of which is returned for a touchdown.

Will Thomas and Massey be back? It's Gray OK?
It's silly to guess until we know that.

Game was close last year and Houston looks much improved whereas this SMU team is no better than last year's team and maybe not as good? Not sure the "home field advantage" will be enough. I hope so but my gut tells me Houston wins a shootout 45-41 and our Mustangs drop to 7-3

I feel we are going to bounce back and beat Houston at home. Sonny is going to get them focused. 8-2 would be great this time next week. Actual numerical prediction will come later this week.

You are so far off the mark. We will score 10. UH 51, SMU 10

Absolutely no clue on this one...wouldn't put money on it even if I were a mind to.

One thing will be absolutely certain afterwards...the question of "heart/guts/pride" will be answered.
