Posted: Fri Jan 29, 2021 10:00 amThe Tennessee job is tough. Their fans think they are Alabama, but recruits think they are Middle Tennessee State. The coaches don't get enough time to build a program and when they leave some good recruits leave as well. Tennessee should be an attractive job with a great history and fan base. But they will have to get a special coach who can work with second tier SEC players to get into the ballpark with Alabama, Georgia and Florida. Coming from UCF does give him some inroads into Florida recruits, so he may find some lightning. As we have seen, FSU has fallen on hard times, as well as Florida. I like Tennessee's orange better than the Whorns orange.
