New deal for Chris Banjo

The Arizona Cardinals have announced that they have reach an agreement on a one-year contract with former SMU safety Chris Banjo.

I stand by my original statement that he is too small for the NFL, and will continue to do so until he proves me right.

He's only getting ready for his ninth year in the NFL, so don't worry you'll be proven correct soon!

What kind of pension will guys like Banjo get when they retire after playing at least 10 years in the NFL?

It is not just time in league but nbr of games they play that impacts the retirement. Think he needs something like 60 games to get full retirement

According to pro-football-reference.com, Banjo has played in 102.

I remember scouts saying Banjo and Cole Beasley were too short and were "wasting (the scouts') time" by Pro Day doing tests and drills. Makes you wonder what those scouts are doing these days...
