totally agree. plus none of the other P5 conferences would gain revenue wise by adding any of them. IMO the best solution is for the AAC to pick up some of the B-left overs and become a P5 conference. If most of the B-left overs leave then the conference would collapse and open the window for the AAC to fill that gap.
I can see the Big 10 possibly adding Kansas and Iowa State if they decided that 16 teams is a practical necessity for reasons other than TV revenue. If the Big 10 sticks to AAU schools not much value anywhere else especially if Notre Dame joins the ACC in which case the AAU schools there would probably stay put.
