First schools require vaccine or negative test for fans

Postby PonyPride » Sat Aug 21, 2021 11:31 am

Oregon and Oregon State are the first to require vaccination proof or negative COVID-19 test to attend college games. Will more follow?

Those won't be the last schools to require it.

Good grief, it's an outdoor event. Let's hope our school doesn't make it more difficult for fans to get in though I can see them using that excuse again for our poor attendance.

Outdoors, certainly a plus. Bathrooms become major transmission zones, however. Everyone assumes they "just have allergies" in the fall in Texas.

the thought process swings both ways. some of us rather attend an event where everyone is vacinated. I certianly would.
I did get my polio vaccine sugar cube in the 1950's and thankful I did. Parents didn't argue. the US eradicated polio. go figure.

Instant test would be cool. The three day thing would be a crowd killer... LOL

FYI, I don't think this EVER goes away. Like a cold or flu it is always around.

Temp check, instant test and good to go.

Israel is reportng that its not more than 55% effective. People are still getting very sick and dying and that it only seems to last 6 months. So, the next phase will be did you get the booster shot and then the next booster shot. Planned obsolescence worked for GE and will work for Big Pharma.
UNC better keep that Ram away from Peruna

In Israel, 85% of the population is vaccinated. They have only 200 people hospitalized with Covid right now. In the peak, they had thousands hospitalized. This resurgence in Israel is something, but it is also way, way lower than what it was before. And that is because of the vaccine.

In Israel, they have found the vaccine is only 55% or 65% effective against getting sick. But still over 90% effective against serious illness. Please tell the full story.

So when 100% of the people are vaccinated and 3 people become ill then all of the sick people were vaccinated. See, proves the vaccine doesn't work and is probably responsible for making them sick too. Ha! :P
