Not off to a good start with ECU getting whipped by App State, USF by NC State and UCF vs Boise postponed by more than 2 hours, not to mention Temple vs Rutgers being postponed by Ida

At least UCF pulled it out but that's why they are at the top of the Big XII's list

At least I see two wins possibly on the schedule absent a world of injuries from that. So, I think our whole season comes down to beating UH and TCU. WV will leave Big XII if they don't add Cincy.

Wow the AAC looked embarrassing. I know we can say well the top half of the AAC is good but still Tulsa should not have lost and USF really just needs to be dropped. They're completely useless and would make more sense to add App state over them.

Beat Houston, Memphis, Cincy and UCF (throw in TCU or, what the heck, run the table) and we will be the darling G5 program to be elevated to the promised land. Doesn't help the strength of schedule when our future opponents poop the bed against mediocre teams.

Winning is important, sure. Necessary but insufficient condition. But they are there also because of the size of their fan base and school.

TCU is relatively the same size as us and had much better attendance in the MWC than we have in AAC. There's really no excuse for us. We have to win so people want to go, and those of us that go to games have to drag others with us.

You realize over the life of the conference (2013-2021) they have had significantly better records than us?

USF
2-10
4-8
8-5
11-2 (#19 final rank)
10-2 (#21 final rank)
7-6
4-8
1-8

47-49 (two ranked finishes)

SMU
5-7
1-11
2-10
5-7
7-6
5-7
10-3
7-3

42-54 (zero ranked finishes)

And we are 2-3 against them all time so. And none of this includes their 2007 season where they were ranked as high #2 under Leavitt.

Doesn't look like Tulane defense is going to be able to play with Oklahoma. This should eventually become a lopsided game
