The new stadium belongs to the city of Birmingham not UAB.

WRONG- cannot imagine an intelligent educated person in the DFW metroplex considering denton is part of it. People consider the metroplex to be Dallas, Ft. Worth and the mid-cities. Just keep dreaming

Your worst argument is that Denton is a dumpy little town, you obviously haven’t spent any time there.

haha. I used to live in the Lewisville-FM area and often went to denton. YES, it is a dumpy little town.
Sorry, your lipstick doesn't change the pig one bit.

It is just a little dumpy town with a nothing school. And NO denton is not part of Dallas.
We can only hope our AD gets fired for his stupidity.

1. Nielsen says Denton is part of the DFW TV market, and that's all that matters.

2. Our AD should have been fired for letting June Jones hang around after the AZ State fiasco. Our AD should have been fired after letting Larry Brown leave. Sadly, I don't think it will be 3 strikes you're out.

Correct on both fireable offenses.

Interesting to see that the AAC game between 2 teams with losing records (ECU vs USF) is being carried on ESPN tonight while the SunBelt clash between 24th ranked CCU and Troy will be seen on the deuce. At least the AAC currently trumps the SunBelt but that gap could be narrowing soon.
