We're up by 23...deep in the 4th quarter...but I am getting greedy.

Run it up, Sonny.

A nice long clock eating drive and score to put this one away would be nice right now

UNT ran 50% more plays than SMU and had 13 minutes more time of possession but big plays by our Mustangs was the difference tonight

ESPN+ interview with Sonny...he looks pissed.

Interview sited defense and persistence. I imagine tomorrow at 10 is going to be interesting.

He was not happy during the post game show on the Ticket.

I’m honestly just happy we can be upset with a 3/4 score win at this point. We dominated the second half on all accounts. But that first half was horrendous.

Like Sonny said, if we play like that next week, we’ll get blown out of the stadium.

Got back and had to say that was one of the worst first 3 quarters I've ever seen. I'm glad sonny is fired up. I definitely hope people see scheduling ACU like teams can cause funks like this performance. I'm glad to see some of our top players make the plays that matter. The defense had some blow coverages but all-in-all were the difference between unmitigated and embarrassing disaster to covering the spread by .5 point.

Hadn't realized that — UNT had 96 offensive snaps, SMU had 66.
UNT had 36:06 time of possession, compared to 23:04 for SMU.
SMU turned the ball over four times, UNT twice.

To have numbers like that and win is pretty rare.
