How to beat the everivin SNOT outta TCU !!

Postby PurplePimpleOozing » Sun Sep 19, 2021 9:35 pm

I come in peace. But there are some misconceptions and there are some obvious truths.

Here is how to beat the Froggies:

1) one word - BOMBS AWAY !! Cal exposed the TCU secondary one of the CBs got burned really bad (# 9). He is the 2nd string CB but the starter is out (might return for SCHMOO). The starter is NOAH DANIELS (# 21) who would probably be # 1 CB in the nation if he would get himself eligible and/or stay healthy. He is 6 ft / 190 lbs with incredible 4.28 NFL speed and NFL teams are licking their chops to get him. He is probably a first Rd NFL draft pick. Not sure he (Daniels # 21) will play though. If not SMU should go - BOMBS AWAY on TCU's #9 - and TCU will be in very deep trouble.

2) one word - MAXIMUM PROTECT your QB as Cal did. Leave a TE or RB in backfield to protect QB and TCU won't be able to get to QB and your guy will have all day to throw against the suspect CBs. Cal put a tight end in backfield for protection and the Cal QB didn't get touched all game long and picked apart the TCU secondary with shocking constant big pass plays over and over again and TCU never really stopped it. Not one TCU sack of Cal QB and not even a QB hurry. Nothin !!

3) on defense - one word - STOP THE RUN ! Stop 5 star High School All American RB Zak Evans and make the TCU QB throw long. Presently he has some bad issues throwing the deep ball. He missed long throws 8 times vs Cal when WR was open and he threw a pick 6 horrendous interception. TCU QB shoulda been yanked at that point. Fans want him outta there. But he is starting again this week. He is a lousy passer and he is a junior and has had 3 yrs in the system and hasn't improved. Not good !

4) Coin flip to start the game - one word - DONT DEFER !! Take the ball and score early at their place and get them hanging their heads right away.

There you have it folks. Good luck at The Carter !

TCU Coach Patterson will not say if two crucial players will play this Saturday in the SMU game.

One is -

FRESHMAN ALL AMERICAN DE - Khari Coleman (DE)
who is dynamic rushing the passer and was spectacular last year in the pass rush
(COLEMAN has been out with injury but is expected back this week however, unlike every other coach in college football who will reveal starting lineup for some reason Coach Patterson will not discuss it)

Other one is -

PROBABLE FIRST RD NFL DRAFT PICK - Noah Daniels (CB)
Daniels is considered a freak of nature. He set a record at TCU in weight lifting this past spring as a mere Cornerback !! But he is a pretty big CB at 6'1" and 195 lbs. What really makes him super special and a probable 1st RD NFL draft pick however, is his speed. He is sub 4.3 speed and NFL teams are slobbering over him and can't wait to draft him. He was out all last year with injury but back this year. He missed first two games this year with off-field issues of some kind that coaches won't reveal, but they previously stated he would be back for SMU - but now Patterson will not confirm prior to game. Daniels replacement in the past 2 games is the guy who got roasted, toasted and composted by CAL last week on every long pass play by the Golden Bears. None of that would have happened if Daniels had been out there. Teams won't go anywhere near Daniels when he is out there. The other CB is Pre-Season All American CB Tre Tomlinson who teams also won't go near. If Daniels can get out there vs SMU (and TCU can get the backup roasted and toasted guy off the field) then SMU is going to have a very very difficult day throwing the ball.

#9 (Ceasar) is the guy who got roasted and toasted by CAL. If he is out there to start the game, TCU is in big trouble.

If #21 (Daniels) is on the field at CB then Schmoo is in big trouble.
